Neighborhood Yard Sale on April 15!

Start your spring cleaning, because it’s time for a neighborhood yard sale in the Edgewood Park and Fairmont-Emoriland neighborhoods!

For those of you who are new or have not participated in the past, here is how it works:

– Let EPNA know that you want to participate by email (EdgewoodParkAssociation@gmail.com) and include your address!
– EPNA adds your address to the map of sellers; this map is available via QR code and will be at the gazebo the night before the sale begins.
– Friends and family members who live in other neighborhoods are welcome to join the sale in your yard.
– EPNA is not responsible for purchase agreements between sellers and buyers
– Some participants may opt to not do cash transactions, so be ready to use payment options such as Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, or maybe even a Square reader.

The date will be Saturday, April 15, beginning at 8 a.m. and ending whenever you want to stop your sale. The rain date is Saturday, April 22- same time.

We are looking forward to having a safe and fun neighborhood event! Please remember to email EdgewoodParkAssociation@gmail.com with your address if you intend to participate!

Current households participating:

If you had $1,000, what would you do you for the neighborhood?

If you had $1,000 to spend on anything for the Edgewood Park Neighborhood, what would you do? It could be anything from improvements to the park, an idea for a new community event, creating public art or planting new trees, just to name a few.

We want to think outside the box for our next grant proposal, and get plenty of input from neighbors so we know what YOU want!
